Description
Experience three of the highlights of Curubandé in one complete tour.
Start with a guided hike to La Leona Waterfall, following the Río Blanco through volcanic canyons, river crossings and natural turquoise pools. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to swim and cool off before reaching the hidden waterfall inside the canyon.
After the hike, continue with an exciting river tubing experience. Ride your own individual tube through the river, navigating a fun mix of calm sections, splashes and rapids surrounded by the natural landscape of the Rincón de la Vieja area.
Finish your experience with a traditional Costa Rican casado, typically served with rice, beans, salad, plantains, and a choice of protein such as chicken, beef, fish, or a vegetarian option depending on availability. It’s a filling local meal and the perfect way to relax and recharge after the hike and tubing.
